袁成桂：He is a Professor of Department of Mathematics, Swansea University. His research involves stochastic analysis, stochastic hybrid systems, stochastic control, functional inequalities, numerical solutions, population dynamics and mathematical finance.He have published 4 books and more than 100 research papers. All research papers have been published in many different top international journals in the areas of population dynamics, stochastic analysis, numerical solutions and stochastic control, for example: Stochastic Processes and Applications, Bernoulli, SIAM J. Control Optim., Proceeding of The Royal Society A, SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, Numerische Mathematik, Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., Journal of Bulletin des Sciences Mathematiques, Automatica and IEEE Transaction on Automatic Control, etc.
王凤雨：1966年生于安徽省嘉山县（今明光释， 1993年在北京师范大学获获博士学位并留旺旺钱包任教，1995年晋升为教授，2007年任Swansea大学讲座教授，2016年任天津大学应用数学中心教授。曾受英国皇家学BV韦德和德国洪堡基金资助分别在英国（1996.5-1997.5）和德国(1998.8-2000.7)工作，访问过美国、法国、德国、俄罗斯、日本、新加坡、意大利、韩国、香港、澳门和台湾等国家和地区的30余所大学和研究所。发表论文200余篇，出版专著3部。曾获“钟嘉庆奖”（1995）、教育部科技进步奖1等奖（1998）、国家自然科学3等奖（1999）、教育部首届高旺旺钱包青年教师奖（1999）、北京市五.四青年奖章（1999）、国家杰出基金（2000）、“霍英东青年教师奖”研究类1等奖（2002）、北京市先进工作者（2005）、教育部自然科学1等奖(2009)等奖励和荣誉。
